Key Responsibilities:
- F/T Customer Service Team Lead- Order supplies and ensure kiosk is properly stocked at all times; troubleshoot and assist team when necessary; sale of gift cards, gift wrap, faxes/copies, and stamps; ordering stamps; acting as a liaison between the Marketing Assistant/Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Team; ensure shift paperwork is balanced; daily deposits; answering the telephone and inquiries from patrons and merchants; various administrative duties and projects to be decided by the Marketing Assistant/Customer Service Manager as needed.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- F/T Customer Service Team Lead- must have strong understanding and knowledge of computers; specifically, Internet and Microsoft Office. Can be flexible with schedule when needed. Administrative and supervisory experience.
The desired candidate will also have a friendly attitude and enjoy working with people. The candidate will be reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to be flexible and learn.

- Single coverage environment. Responsible for filling stock, adjusting and making small repairs of sunglasses, and various financial transactions.
